Siti Asiah Z.A. is a graduate of Marine Science from the University of Mataram, with a strong focus on GIS-based environmental mapping and remote sensing, including mangrove analysis and carbon stock assessment. She has extensive experience in fieldwork, spatial analysis, ecological monitoring, and the preparation of technical reports.
She participated in the MSIB Program with the Indonesian Peatland and Mangrove Restoration Agency (BRGM), where she was involved in the M4CR Mangrove Rehabilitation Program in Sungai Undan Village, Indragiri Hilir, Riau. Her responsibilities included mangrove rehabilitation activities, monitoring and evaluation, and the preparation of technical accountability reports.
In addition, she joined the MSIB Program at Amati Indonesia as the Team Lead for a village development initiative in Alor Besar, East Nusa Tenggara, focusing on the empowerment of coastal women in managing the Poklahsar Ikan Asap Sebanjar Maju.
She is also a Co-founder of ADAGIS, a mapping and spatial analysis service that has produced more than 50 maps supporting research, conservation efforts, and community-based programs. Siti Asiah is experienced in working across multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with local communities, NGOs, and government institutions.
